We aim to extend our services to all the 32 counties in Ireland to enable you to place orders for your favourite groceries right from the comfort of your home or office using your smartphone.
We are making efforts to partner with courier companies to fast-track orders as we face little challenges that cause orders to be delivered the next business day except for Saturdays and Sundays, including bank holidays and national holidays.
Our Delivery Schedule
Note: We deliver all orders between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
At present, most deliveries in Dublin, Wicklow and Wexford take place the following day, where the orders are placed before 1 p.m.
Shipments and Delivery Information
Monday to Saturday – Delivery from selected stores to anywhere in Dublin the next day, provided the order is placed before 1 p.m.
Monday to Friday – Delivery from selected stores to Wicklow and Wexford the next day, provided the order is placed before 1 p.m.
Monday to Friday – Delivery from selected stores to Balbriggan, Drogheda, and Dundalk the next day, provided the order is placed before 1 p.m.
Tuesday – Orders placed before Monday 3 p.m. in the Cwhole Munster will be delivered on Tuesday
Wednesday – Orders placed before Tuesday 3 p.m. in Kildare, Midlands to Galway, and Mayo will be delivered on Wednesday.
Thursday – Orders placed before Wednesday 3 p.m. in Kildare, Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford, and Portlaoise will be delivered on Thursday.
Friday – Orders placed before Thursday 3 p.m. in Sligo, Donegal, and all northern counties on the route will be delivered on Friday.
Kindly check your mobile, email, and answer calls to your phone during the delivery day to ensure that you do not miss your delivery and help us deliver on time.
Please note that some ordered items are subject to availability. However, such items may be replaced with an available similar item in stock to meet your requirements, as some items may be out of stock due to stock shortages at vendor's shops.
Orders placed cannot be cancelled the next day, as preparations to deliver them will be in the pipeline. However, you can cancel any orders the same day they are placed, but you have to email us after receiving confirmation.
The order cost and deducted service fee will be refunded to the same payment method, taking up to 5 business days to appear in your account.
We charge a service fee on every order. After completing the order, the fee gets added to the customer’s wallet to help customers build the wallet to the next purchase.
However, when an order is cancelled the same day before it is dispatched, we deducted service fee and refunded the balance to the same payment method used.
When you cancel an order that has been dispatched, you have to return the goods as well as their expenses WITHOUT UNOPENED.
